BARTENDING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM (30 HOURS)

• New classes start every 2 weeks
• Monday through Friday. You can choose to attend either day or evening classes.
• Two weeks of "on the job" training in our simulated cocktail lounge will help you increase your speed, coordination and confidence behind the bar.

Upon graduation, you will have a full understanding of:

• Liquors and liqueurs
• Lingo and customer service tips
• The back bar and under bar
• Bar tools and equipment
• Over 100 of the most popular and classic drinks and cocktails including wines and shooters
• Marketing -- Techniques to bring customers in and keep them coming back
• Spirits, beer and wine -- How are they made, how are they alike and different

Although we do not guarantee job placement, we are committed to finding jobs for our graduates. Our placement staff will assist you with job interviews. and, as a graduate of Professional Bartending School, you can access our lifetime placement assistance at any time.
